re. your original post. GRPs (look it up).
RE firms advertise here. im guessing lots of people interested in buying in bklyn will visit this site, so they get ‘reach’. if they come here often and see the ads, thats ‘frequency’…and thus the RE firms end up with high GRPs, their goal.
I just hate when work and a slow server get in the way of my day.

In Brooklyn it will be a car with the ability of finding a parking spot and parking itself after dropping you off.
OR a stove that cooks your meals and tells you exaclty how many calories and sodium etc you are eating and zaps you with a taser if you try to steal a snack from the frige or if any refined carbs are detected on yout person.
