Its a 50X114 lot and the house is 40X35. Its also landmarked.

Corel is still alive and well, altho not what they used to be, and still makes the best illustration software for the PC, which I have been using since R2 (now in R12). They also own WordPerfect which some people, including myself, think is a better program than MS Word. In fact, other than Excel, MS generally sucks!
