Lech, albeit I love to rent your place but I think you’ll encounter other or similar shit with commuting from westchester. if you’re going to move there, let it be because it’s bigger house, bigger lot, more natural beaty, better schools,…..

These floods in CA are going to drive up fruit and veg prices on top of what we’ve seen in the grains, hard commodities and evergy.

Lech, parking on the East side isn’t that expensive, compared to moving the family to Westchester. Just drive in with a bluetooth when you are doing a deal. Parking near me is 18 dollars (Grand Central) if you get there before 10 am. If you can’t be out of pocket during a key time, you should do that. It seems like you are laying in wait half the time and half the time crazed, so think about driving from Brooklyn.
