Cgar – hi! yes I read that article and I hate to say this – but it happens so many times than not and it’s 90% black men who are the victims. Police line-ups are not a good way to catch a criminal – it’s been proven so many times over and this poor guy has 1 prior – being arrested for using fireworks – are you kidding me? only a black man could get arrested for that silly offense
I use reconnoiter and I am 35 – but then again grew up with my mom from Queens who ALWAYS and still does use that term quite often – ha!

My mom’s house is about a 90 minute drive from the French Quarter, and I usually spend a day in New Orleans when I visit.
2 years ago for Christmas my sister paid for my wife and I to spend a night in a nice hotel one block off Bourbon in the heart of the quarter.
We had a ton of fun, some of which I would rather forget, and much of which I could not even mention until after 4 pm.
