NO! BH is NOT union. He just has great great benefits, and longevity at the job. You know where he works! To be fair, a good number of people are Union there, but his particular group/level was not required to be, so they aren’t.

It’s also rather ridiculous as you can’t run a mutual fund and be away for 2 weeks, not doing trades. It goes back to who has control over CASH in a bank….very stupid legacy rules.
It really only hurt the little people wh only got 2 weeks vacation in total.
Snappy, I kid you not, I pulled a piece of blue glitter off CDog this morning. And, this, after she was groomed last Saturday!! I don’t know where it came from, but you’re in deep trouble, missy.
When I worked for US Trust we had to do the mandatory 2 weeks. It stopped when we were bought by Schwab and not sure if it restarted when they were sold to B of A.
“BH is off for almost two weeks starting tomorrow. This on top of the 5 weeks vacation, summer Fridays, regular holidays and sick days!”
