DeLepp’s tree wasn’t nice, it was perfect.
I peeked into the OT late yesterday en route to Closing Bell and saw the annoyances you all posted.
Let me add to people who stop to talk/text on the subway stairs and people who walk more than one abreast on the sidewalk, people who stick their hands into an elevator door as it’s almost closed, starting the launch sequence anew.

Delepps’s tree is nice. the ornaments are REAL nice.
dibs – It’s nominally 7.5 feet but the last foot is just one branch – convenient for angel & elf but not imposing. Overall the shape is perfect though.

jessi, if the vendor has any left over bacon, egg & cheese sammiches, please send them CDog’s way. I had to take her to the Vet on Monday, and he asked if she was eating, so I said she refused to eat her food Saturday night, but scarfed down a bacon, egg & cheese sammich Sunday morning.
I get gift baskets too, which I appreciate and go a longer way than a card. Some good arguments, especially the one from Jessi, made for a real live holiday card. I think I agree with CGar that it’s both tacky and environmentally friendly.

Thanks, Slopey. It was “The Firm”. As it happens, it was also my first law firm – NOT kidding either, as John Gotti’s lawyer rented space from us, and I worked with him a lot on civil matters. He’s a great guy actually, and we became friends. A lot more to the story, but definitely not for the OT.
