If I suddenly had $14 mil:
1. Give to my family
2. Propose to L.A.R.
3. Buy a 3 bed condo in Carroll Gardens
4. Travel
But there’s no suite for the live-in cook & cleaner couple, Snappy.
Rob, never mind the facade! Look at the floorplan. All I’d have to do is get rid of the full bath on the main floor and make the 1/2 bath a full on the bedroom floor.
