read last fridays thread on the new bldg on Smith. Seems to me that the people who used to run the tailor/cleaning shop on Court st. that lived in that smith st bldg that had the big fire also owned it the smith st bldg.
So seems about ready for them to move back. (if I am interpreting all correctly).

if anyone want to nudge into real estate blog biz, this is the great time to do so as the sector leader is having some serious tech issues
