I know nothing about Massachusetts, and less about the politics of tree destruction, etc. I hope that people who do will get involved. I didn’t know there actually was any commercial logging any more in the US that didn’t involve re-planting.

Still a forest after each cutting. There is about 15 acres of hemlock that I suppose I might clearcut to try to encourage another species to develop there.
