IJ, I went to the open house at Brooklyn Tech last night. Many South Asian and Chinese families, including lots who might boost the numbers for the name Mohammed here in the U.S.A. Nice parents! Nice teachers! Some of the fundraising cheerleaders were obnoxious but the other fundraisers selling cookies and candy and water were ok. But I have to go back to talk to one more teacher this afternoon.
Hope the student whose teachers you talked to (?) is having a good high school experience. So far so good for mine, although there is room for improvement in the report card!
I can’t stand Bette. Never saw a single movie of hers the whole way through…she irks me.

Gem, fill the tub with bubbles, light some candles, play some jazz, you wear only a big red bow with homemade gift cards attached for fun…um…activities! LOL
