I parked my car in front of a fire hydrant, put on my parking lights, and did a little walk about, in the dark, looking in detail at the house, that exact block (the next block east is even prettier). It is a lovely vibe. That’s a nice house. You will be busy trying not to hire the 3 stooges (I’ll tell you who they are, so will others here).
Thanks to both of you wonderful losers for all your help. I am trying to make this my new pad, but there are still obstacles.
