I was in Tallinn back in the Brezhnev days. There was a cool bar serving spiced wine in a narrow cave at the foot of the old city. I’m sure there are much cooler things to do there now, but back then you couldn’t even wander into a restaurant and get served if you were not with your guide. One day our Intourist guide took the day off and the bus driver spilled the beans about what life was really like. I hope the bus wasn’t bugged.
m4l…yes, many. they take themselves WAY too seriously and think they are god’s gift to the world. Singlish is pretty fucked up, even from the highly educated ones. Always trying to use the most sophisticated word possible while screwing up the context or meaning of the sentence.
The guys tend to work out a lot though so the bodies are great.
I can’t stand the accent though.
