Hi guys!
Last night was FUNNY! – at this point am leaning towards Warren or Jimmy “Rent too damn High”
I also wonder if paladino was on sedatives – he was acting weird. I read on the NY Times that apparently during closing statements when Kristin was giving her speech and you noticed someone walked behind her – it was PALADINO who needed to go to the mens room
WTF?
Democracy is so crass. When you really boil down all of my thoughts on elections it just comes down to the fact that I hate democracy.
Democracy did not lead to the rise of freedom or prosperity. It coincided with it. Now everyone wrongly attributes causation to a correlative relationship.
Democracy gives control to little minds. Not control really, there’s just this ridiculous process where people get the illusion of choice and talk so earnestly about things they will never really understand. They blame politicians for things they have no control over, and politicians promise things they can never deliver, and people become single issue voters on topics they don’t understand, topics that they feel strongly about only because they have been presented to them all packaged up in dumb little pieces in the press.

Etson – rights and democracy do not necessarily correlate.
Randolph had a great line last night saying he’s going out on Halloween dressed as The Rent is Too Damn High guy.
I could see him now, knocking on doors, saying:
“TRICK OR DAMN TREAT, MOTHERF*CKERS!!”
those that are insecure about their own intelligence often are the ones constantly questioning other peoples intelligence. – Cher
Hobbes was quite ‘democratic’ for his day – his ideas are the foundation for later social contract theories.
lechacal, Blah blah blah. We get it. You’re so intellectual.
We know YOU think you’re so much brighter than everyone here. But you aren’t. So clam up and go get some work done and earn that mega bucks paycheck.
Who cares, lechacal. All that matters is that it’s good for the stock market.
