We used to call certain next day illnesses “Whitey-overs”.
It wasn’t the copious amounts of beer one drank, it was the late night gorging on White Castle. Of course, not me. I never considered that food.
I think it was ESPN Zone in Times Square that had White Castle Sliders on the menu and they were practically the only edible thing they had. the rest was crap.
I have never had a White Castle burger. I’ve never even been in one. I tried to get MM to go with me to the one on Atlantic Ave. but she looked at me like I was insane 🙂
