I do and mine is “open” meaning any contact of mine is
open to another.
I have clients in there and now competitors are starting to send me “invitations”. I wonder if I can selectively allow some people to see everyone and others to only see shared connections.
It SEEMS as though it is one way or another — blanket openness or blanket closed. I went through their help section and couldn’t find anything. Also emailed them and never heard back.
“CGar- according to MM, your erstwhile overnight guest- you made her sit outside on the steps and offered to lower a glass of tap water to her from the window.”
bxgrl, that you STILL believe a word that MM utters astounds me:
A. I have no steps outside my building.
2. I have no tap water. I have a Brita pitcher. And if that’s out, I have Poland Spring.
Third, were I to lower anything from the 2nd floor of my duplex, it would be lowered into my garden, and for MM to get it she’d already be in my apartment.
Anymore MM-spun tails you’d like me to refute for you?
etson, comedian Robert Klein has a routine about that. He complained “We actually sang songs to numbers. ‘Eighty, dear 80, your name will rise above’ — your name will rise above 79.” etc.
CGar, you don’t have to put the screws on the guy to get your money back. You could make a plan with him, you could have a ACH deposit of a small amount every month. Some people get disorganized in their life and can’t get it together. Having a little structure in his life can’t hurt.
I’m on Linked In, but I don’t know for sure about sharing connections.
Donatella, cut that out! I’m trying to drum up a job here! No more suggestions on how he can get his $$ back!
Does anyone here use Linked in?

However my grandmother made killer chopped liver and I think my mother wrote down the recipe for me.
