I think the Dems & media allies are seeking to manage expectations down. Trying to exaggerate their potential losses in the upcoming election, so that if they lose fewer seats than vastly lowered expectations they can present it as a victory of sorts.

Lech…quick question for you…when someone tells you they are an atty who does “litigation” do you take that to mean general stuff like all pre-trial things (complaints, motions, discovery, etc.) or actual trials or both?
