BTW, what exactly is the “the labor/left wing movement”??
SEIU/Trade Unionists/”Workers of the World”/Anarchists/socialists/half baked communists/
modern day Maoists/ Trotskiites/ ACORN activists/Hollywood/ the NY Times and parts of Park Slope and the Upper West Side. 😉
snappy — I have that trouble all the time. I often interview summer intern applicants and they tend to equate litigation with trial work, although they all say they like to do everything, just to cover the bases. I always have to press people to say what they mean by litigation. They often don’t know themselves, even when they say they want to do it.
I haven’t really learned to tell litigators apart to be pretty honest. If it’s a small practitioner I would say it means everything. If big firm, could be lots of different things depending on how they are set up.

Denny Crane was a great litigator.
So what do you consider it to be, Slopey?
Thanks, Lech.

Intellectual Rigor Mortus has set in.

“As long as we’re wasting our time and each other’s time by chattering endlessly we might as well insist on some intellectual rigor.”
