Well, L seems like a guy with a big pair. L, if you buy one of those double short funds, you should be aware that they don’t always perform as advertised. They’re supposed to be used as day trading vehicles, not held long term. You may be better off doing a real short of GLD or IAU.
So am watching MSNBC and they are doing some story on women in the workplace and am not kidding you on the scroll – they have “workplace retirement FORUMLAS aren’t right for women”
OK – can someone PLEASE do spell check and stop letting the 23 year old intern or assistant deal with the on-screen banners

bxgrl, it’s not like he’s really asking for advice. Yes, as you said there’s the habitability issue, but he comes across as wanting to make a buck. $3000 for a junk apartment? Something does not gel. I always think the longer the post, the less valid it is.
