  1. Oh Snaps, I’m sooo sorry! I feel your pain. I have a sh*tty ass oven, too. Sometimes, it turns itself OFF all by itself! Imagine my surprise when I go to peek at my creation!! ACK!

    Do you have an oven thermometer? My oven is usually off by 25 degrees, so I have to ‘set’ it 25 degrees cooler than I actually want it to be. ex: Want 350, set it to 325. Did you pre-heat the oven? That could make a difference, too.

  2. COBBLE! The meat-a balls-a are not so good-a 🙁 Well, they aren’t bad, but they aren’t great. AND I EFFING HATE MY OVEN. I made small, bite-sized meatballs and being in the oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes and they are still EFFING RAW on the insides. I’ve had to decimate each meatball (sob!) and cut them open and put them back in that STUPID EFFING OVEN and re-cook them. DAMNATION TARNATION SHITTY ASS OVEN NATION!
