denton, Snaps was using my turkey meatball recipe — they bake in the oven. Either her oven is wonky or the recipe doesn’t translate for beef/pork? : (
snappy, what the hell recipe are you using that says meatballs in oven at 300? They need to get BROWN girl. First, meatballs should be fried, but if you insist on oven, I can’t even imagine less than 450. Else you got water all over, no wonder the cat won’t eat them.

LOL! It is best that you didn’t come into contact with these meatballs! And actually, I think it wasn’t enough garlic and onions. *sigh*
