I’m starting to really hope that frankie paladino wins. As long as it doesn’t really matter who wins, and it doesn’t, we might as well elect a guy who is going to keep us all on the edge of our seats for a few years with screwball antics like getting in fistfights and giving drunken foulmouthed interviews.

I must say I had you pegged as a lawyer and in the scientific IP space – you sounded it when you battled legion and others on the science stuff all the time. ie you knew enough to be more than someone who has interest in reading up on that stuff.
Mopar — when you do finally rent, you may have to deal with bad timing for the first lease, but if you like your first tenants, go with a 14-15 mo lease term and get them onto an April, May or June 1 renewal, so if they leave, you show it at the best time.

WTF kind of a pizza place uses this box??? Where’s the white box with red letters??? This is an issue that should be at the heart of the Tea party agenda.
