  1. M4L, you need at least $275,000 income to live in the penthouse of the “Classon” condo, featured in the Brownie article above.
You will also need a security guard to protect your gold from the crackheads.

  2. DCB..they are the same thing. When sentiment is so low, all the money is out of the stock merket and into cash & treasuries. Obviously you are aware of the bubble in Treasuries. I think it’s too early to short treasuries but we’ve already seen the beginning of a stock market rally that defied ALL of the technicians whe ere all looking at a head and shoulders and didn’t realize it was a reverse head and shoulders.

  3. M4L, I think we have the momentum to carry it that far, but that is where I throw in the towel. Also, re timing, a pre-election S&P rally extension might be the catalyst to bring in big-time profitaking, liquidation there. Don’t know, but can’t get married to gold. (Even though I still love my Mr. T. starter set.)

  4. m4l — but that still forces the Knicks to gut themselves (not that there’s much to gut) to make the deal, hurting the very team he’s coming to. There is no way to lie low and just sign.

  5. it’s only cloudy but no rain in NJ here.
