Snappy, even though you’re on my merde list right now, I will agree with you about the site. Too much busy stuff. Site is slow. And when it refreshes, the damn Brownstoner banner or the damn Toren ad linger in my minimized window interminably. Hard enough for me to post / view the site as it is, but having to refresh all the time and having all the bells and whistles linger is gonna be the death knell for me from work.

Boerum Hill is roughly east side of Court or Smith over to 4th Av., and Warren or all the way to Douglas? to Atlantic. CG—Hmm, Degraw to the highway, and then Hicks to Smith/Hoyt?

wow, my post to Arkady was incoherent. What I meant to say re the deaf soprano: I wonder if she had better hearing at one time in her life when she learned to associate pitch, sound, and reading music. And that perhaps she was able to hold all of that in her memory.
