Ringo, no listing will be visited by CGar till it passes mustard with DIBS and I. dude is very busy so we need to screen for him. He is a ton more flexible/open with the ladies but not so with real estate.
I was going to give *maude* an early GOTD for his fall wardrobe remark, but I agree with DH (as always) that *rob*’s need for a spa day makes him an early winner today.

Lech, that space on Atlantic is a preview of hell for everyone — cars, pedestrians, motorcycles and especially bicyclists. There averages an accident a day there. That is exactly where the motorcyclist was killed at 9 in the morning a few months ago.
CGar, re bedspins, this is an inner ear issue, which regulates balance. Often this is not an issue in an of itself, but is a symptom of a cold (or allergy) which is affecting the inner ear. Ear, nose, throat are all connected. Don’t be frightened by that, but insist on rest or taking off if you are not feeling well. Please?
Ringo, I think that’s a very clever ploy, and I’m an easy mark. 😉 But you need to let me know where your apartment is that you’ll be having me buy. Better hurry though because I’ve suddenly gotten a bunch of Brooklyn Heights / Cobble Hill / Carroll Gardens listings that look like they have potential, and I’m taking another serious look at 1BBP.
