    I once dated a flight attendant from Italy. He spoke not one single word of English.

    do you speak italian? or did u let your bodies

    …more to the point,
    how firm were his polpettes?

  2. quote:
    rob’s Italian? I hope benson doesn’t find this out.

    no! my GREAT grandmother on my maternal side was straight from italy. her daughter’s father was german and then my grandmother who was 1/2 german 1/2 italian married a full irishman, and then then biological mother married a biker (not a cyclist, im talking like motorcycle garbage) of unknown ethnicity.

    so im more of a mutt. i dont identify with Earth races anyway, you know tht

    *rob*

  3. I buy pints of cherry tomatoes and devour them as a snack. So yummy. Small, round, firm, perky like nice boobies. G*d, I love tomatoes! And Pathmark had them on sale for .99 per pint!

  4. After thinking about the Dona/ENY plane/food story, I think I’m on Dona’s side. But barely.

    Any fool employee can stick to the rules. It’s the good employee that knows when to break them. Of course it takes the right employer to understand that, so ENY could be right after all.

    When my biz was smaller, and I sometimes had to go out and leave my shop in the hands of kids not used to making decisions, I used to tell them: I will never fault you for making a decision, even if it was a bad one, as long as you follow two rules.

    1. Be able to explain why you made this decision and not another decision;
    2. Make the decision as if it were your business and not mine.
