  1. Heavy cream will do, ET. Any cream can be whipped. Just put the bowl and the whisk in the freezer beforehand.

    You do have a whisk, don’t you???

  2. We’re talking about a specific stock. is that verboten on here???

    ET, whipping cream is cream that you whip. On the carton it says “Whipping Cream.”
