Dave, in my experience, I think it all depends on the individual broker. There are 1/2 dozen Corcoran brokers in the BH office whom I really like and think highly of, while others I warn people to steer clear of. Same with Brown Harris Stevens in BH; brokers I have used, and would use again and recommend, and others whom, I told someone just yesterday, if they encounter him they should run for their life.
I find that the rental brokers who get sales listings from their rental clients are the WORST!!!!! And their listings all suck.
