DIBS,
a) I only have chicken cutlets in my fridge.
2) I’m not a great cook, so not going to experiment cooking some toher kind of meat, which I don’t have!
iii) they’re not friends but family. So they can bite me and the chicken cutlets.
Make sure the chicken cutlets are thin or you’ll be standing in front of a hot stove forever waiting for them to be done. Either pound them thinner with a rolling pin or cut them in half parallel to the cutting surface, to make them thinner. Lemon juice does wonders for chicken. Bread them lightly, and make a quick sauce. Make some rice. Steam some veggies or make a salad. Be done with it.

Let me give you some sage advice. If you want to keep these people as friends, don’t serve chicken cutlets.
