  1. Millal gave me a good price for the stoop, but I think he immediately had sellers remorse. I said yes without any bargaining now I think he thinks he left money on the table. He gave me a price of 40,000 for the facing of the brownstone, which I am definately NOT going to do now. But that is very expensive; you couldn’t get a more expensive quote than that. I have no fancy work to be done and the brownstone is not wide..

I still have not gotten my “name called” as part of this jury casting call.

Oh before I go back and get into my sober and responsible mind set for my jury duty, a mini-rant. At 8:45 am on Saturday on my way to school, it took me 35 minutes simply to cross the Brooklyn Bridge alone. Why, you ask? Because 9 miles of Manhattan streets were closed as part of the Summer Fun, Summer Streets program and traffic was backed up for miles on to the BQE and going into Manhattan. For what, you ask? So that people can just do stuff on the closed streets, like RIDE THEIR BIKES!!!! The lunatics have taken over the asylum. Like we don’t have parks, the westside bike trail along the water, the whole freaking city a bike lane!!!! This plus thousands of police to try to impose some order on the extreme traffic chaos this has caused. I was semi-apoplectic but I’ll drive next week, only pay the freaking 6 bucks for the tunnel.

  2. “Imagine how scared the people north of Atlantic are at the thought of you crossing the border. People south of Atlantic are scared stiff too.”

Nobody gets stiff when they see someone from Bay Ridge.

  4. “I wouldn’t know, I don’t cross the border very often. I’m scared once I go north of Atlantic I’ll age 20 years”

    LMFAO!!!

Imagine how scared the people north of Atlantic are at the thought of you crossing the border. People south of Atlantic are scared stiff too.

“The do the dishes yourself if you don’t like that!!!!!”

I probably should. There would be a lot less long frizzy hair on them!

OMG, I’m like rob with bedbugs or peacocks when I see long hair on anything, especially dishes and plates!!!!!
