The Supreme Court doesn’t operate like a regular court. They set their own rules (generally speaking). You just need to understand law, not ‘how to be a judge.’ McCain and friends are silly with things like this.

I think so long as the restrictions don’t violate fair housing restrictions, it’s all fair game if you sign up for it. I hear you though, in a land of new construction where everything is a subdivision with a HOA, you don’t have the same amount of freedom.

I’d add rigidity and an increasingly obvious sense of entitlement and greed to that, too, cmu.
