dibs,
I don’t know if it’s the economy but,
two yards down, as I was picking my peaches
I spotted an elderly gentleman tending to his
vegetable garden.
His yard is 10 feet deeper and this was no small affair!
this guy had the biggest cabbage heads you’ve ever seen,
a bunch of turnip-looking plants and assorted other
greenery sprouting from mounds of well tilled soil in neat
rows all over his yard.
…amazing what goes on behind the rural brownstone facades. 😉

Oh, this oughtta be good. Anyone got root beer? I have popcorn I’m willing to share.
“Because Proposition 8 is unconstitutional under both the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses…” etc etc.
And that is The United States Constitution… not the California Constitution.
Why’s that, Couch???? Please, enlighten us.
Yes DIBS. A US District Court is a Federal court… They’re just broken up into districts for bureaucratic reasons.

PROP 8 WAS OVERTURNED!
I depressing, legally and disgusting decision that will, hopefully, be reversed by he Circuit Court or Supreme Court.
I’m SURE they will take it to the Supreme Court. This ruling applies just to California, but it’s a big deal, in my opinion.
Show those mormons who’s BOSS! Guess they didn’t pray enough this time around.
Nothing that affects you, rob.
what is prop 8?
