the problem with breast feeding in public is that it is unsanitary and you dont know what kind of diseases the mother or baby are carrying. it’s especially unhygienic on the train. i dont know why people have to get all political about the issues, whether someone finds it morally inappropriate is irrelevant. it’s just narsty and potentially dangerous.
Biff, that was most likely a fertility symbol, not a sex toy. You should come over and see my collection of antique Thai phalluses.
I will lend you the book about the Phallus in Art & religion if you like
When I was discussing once Dildo festivals in Japan, Dibs invited me over to see his Thai dildos, then told me that he would count them before I came over and then apparantly
thought better of the whole idea, forgetting to tell me where he lives!!!!
Got some new sots of the WTC site for y’all First of the DB building coming down, and you can now clearly see ‘footprints’ of the old towers n the site.
ET, there is nothing wrong with breast feeding. Most women are discreet, and the kid is happy and healthy. Most people would not even know most women are breastfeeding if it wasn’t for other people acting like they are catching a glimpse of some horrid, perverted act. Women who make a political statement out of breast feeding by going about it in the most blatent way possible seem to be less interested in feeding their babies, and more interested in being public statements. They are in the minority, from what I can tell.
ENY, Mr. Killjoy, what have YOU done lately for the team, my friend???? I will have you know that my enthusiasm was so intense that I even sang the whole God Bless America with Kate Smith and Take me out to the ball game. (I wonder if that had anything to do with it….)
“Only you could equate a beautifully life-affirming action like breast-feeding with the others. Were you dropped on your head as a kid?”
hahaha does everyone remember when we were busting benson’s chops for using “life affirming” in a sentence that made it sound like it gave him a woody?
Popcorn anyone?

*rob* hate to burst your bubble…but my rule of thumb:
If adults can eat in public, so can a baby.
I’d rather see a baby sucking on a breast than see some adults stuffing their faces with food. Some people just don’t eat gracefully.
Hey all:
I see rob is at his finest today, lol…

“A newborn baby eats 8 – 12X a day, spending at least 30 – 45 minutes sucking, if not more.
That’s like 4 – 9 hours a day spent sucking on breasts.”
Only an infant would do that. Once a guy grows up he realizes you only need to spend 10-15 minutes working that area.
