Over what time periods, rob? I would have to agree that market returns are no longer, nor have they been for quite a while, anywhere near what has historically been 7% per year.
People need to structure their IRAs differently than they di 5 years ago based on their age.

Rob – since I have been laid off – I never take the train anymore (except for the occasional interview or job thing) but the R has certainly GONE down hill – what gives? it used to be soooo nice and airy with plenty of seats and it would run literally every 5-6 mins!
since they took away the M train from park slope and gave it to williamsburg the R train has been a nightmare. and they dont even bother cleaning it anymore! it’s gross. i shake and check myself for bedbugs every single time i get off it these days! and there sooooo much riff raff on the train now. i have no idea where they are coming from but they dont look like they are going to work!

It was in simple English. read it carefully and slowly and you’ll understand.
What was the performance of your account since the beginning of the year? And any other timeperiod that they give you the dta for?
Sorry, I’m not working any harder than that to answer my question to help you.
“The other day I saw a woman wearing a black T-shirt with big silver lettering:
I Fuck on the First Date
At first I thought it was trashy, but then I realized she’s probably just being honest.”
A. You were looking in the mirror, idiot.
2. It WAS trashy.
(iii) But, yes, you were just being honest with yourself.
😛
Rob – Ugh the M – that was the savior – also the W for us on the R line!
Anyone know a good place in Brooklyn to get a nice shirt to pair with black pants ?
I have a 2nd interview on Thursday!
As equity (i.e. stock) mutual funds go, Rob, the first two are very good.
