“I had some of the sweetest white & yellow corn in PA over the weekend. Also, the NJ tomatoes are ripe!!!!”
dibs, yesterday I was thinking that sometimes NYC is as good as it gets.
Stopped off at the greenmarket on 5t Ave in PS, picked up some flounder from Montauk, some of the corn you had, and a couple of heirloom tomatoes.
Dredged the flounder in flour and cornmeal, sauteed in butter and olive oil. Corn boiled and served with butter, tomatoes sliced and sprinkled with Celtic sea salt.
“I’m back here for a few months, and hope I will have a chance to see you all at some upcoming PLUSA affair. Is anything in the works?
Cgar, emailing…”
Always something in the works, WonTon. Waiting for Mr. DH to pick a Williamsburg venue [tapping fingers on table impatiently]. And we’re starting to think about August venues for big gatherings. Hot Bird in Clinton Hill will definitely be one. Prolly go back to Noki in the North Slope. And, especially now that you’re back, we’re looking for a large karaoke venue, unless we just take over Montero on Atlantic & Hicks in Brooklyn Heights.
rf, your daughter is too young to assess. we dont assess “hotness” till they reach 18. if hot, then deemed a “talent” and hence under “watch” from the talent thieves.
Hi everybody. Thanks for the hello, donatella. I am back in Brooklyn much later than I expected since I started a new business back in Hong Kong and that has taken up a lot of my time and energy.

“Re-clamation is kind of the point of CGar’s Asian women strategy”
LMAO etson!
L, bf, you should _definitely_check out Liberty Sci center. Not only the sci center, great views of Manhattan, an old railroad station nearby, etc.
