I hear ya – I guess I thought it was cool to have a piece of Bilbao in upstate NY – especially on that sleepy campus. But the Beekman place, I wish it hit the same note – it looks to me like something went wrong.
On the train, a man (lawyer?) with an extremely large brief case was rifling through it on his lap, and dropped it on my feet, not acknowledging that I was even there. (Was he autistic?) I assured him in that what happened was PERFECTLY OK, DON’T LET IT BOTHER YOU. He scurried off the train, eyes darting, clutching his freaking 50 pound pile crap.
I think so too, Donatella. Some of the questions are so out there. One just appeared that made me giggle. Dude is offering free dirt (too much in his front yard), but you must come and dig it up, put it in something and take it. So, he’s essentially trying to get free labor to remove what he feels is excess dirt in his front yard! Some folks crack me up!
