  1. “Think I should do it? Think Mr. B would go for it?”

Goat Boy, I think it’s a good idea. People are always posting in the Forum looking for ideas and contractors for common areas of small buildings. Putting aside a big building like yours, think about the number of co-ops and condos that are in converted Brownstones. And you write just fine — all part of your charm (nh).

  2. Kens, if there’s some interesting details repaired, replaced, added, and/or something different that we dont see via other renov blogs here, most definitely ask. if it’s all ZZZZZZZZZ, then not cause posters will rip ya

  3. So who thinks it would be a good idea to ask Mr. B if I should do a reno blog for my building lobby? Work already started and so far, so good. They are done with ripping old wallpaper and doing first coat of skimcoating on half of the lobby. The crew guys are hard working and keep the place spotless every night after they finish. The contractor is very diligent and so far a pleasure to work with but is not too responsive to emails lately but it’s understandable. My grammar and writing kinda sucks so I would need to ask someone to edit my posts before I put them up. Think I should do it? Think Mr. B would go for it?

  4. “chill CDog – don’t lose your zen meng”

LOL DH! Nah, I just posted to rf in Tuesday Links that I really don’t care, but I thought it would be a fun rant for a Tuesday morning. As you know, I generally leave rants to *rob* and others!

    How you doin’???
