Go for it. Frankly speaking, the editorial on this website is becoming stale, and it would be refreshing to see a new topic. Also, it might be good to remind some Brownstoners that the area south of Linden Blvd IS part of Brooklyn 😉

Kens, I think it’s a very nice idea! Plenty of Brownstoner readers priced out of houses these days and plenty of coop buildings of your building’s vintage that have shareholders looking to upgrade the lobby. And your writing is fine–very minor errors once in a while to indicate that English isn’t your #1 language but I’m sure many of us would be happy to preview.
