You’ve got that right donatella. On a vaguely related note I have always found women really unattractive when they are watching TV. And gabbing with their friends on a cell phone while walking down the street. The two most unattractive times for a woman IMHO.

Did you guys see the story on other blogs about how they are changing the subway signs to reflect the new routes for the M train?
In the 14th St/6th Ave station, the sign for the LMF trains said – “F M L” – they changed it because they didn’t realize it was internet shorthand for “Fuck My Life” – I’m sure it cost 1mm for the MTA to change it.
kens, re TV, there is an over-the-air signal, it needs an antenna to capture it, whether analog or digital, not just a converter box. I agree with those who say TV sucks, and if it wasn’t for DVDs, I wouldn’t own one. I was raised without one, in fact. Therefore, I don’t have cable.
I have three digital TVs. I have three antennas that give stunning reception. Over the air digital, if you can capture it, is superb quality, cuz the signal is uncompressed, unlike cable, which is compressed to shit and you get all the digital artifacts.
I do have a direct sight line to Manhattan and its broadcast antennas.
