denton, I know quiet a few things about trading (just don’t bother going into it here). I was semi-kidding obviously. Just figured it would be discussed on an investing blog (plenty of those) rather then real estate blog.
Then again, we talk about cats, sex and everything else here and I am by no means a hallway monitor. Talk about anything your heart desires, I just felt like commenting about the investment talk to DCB because he/she is obviously so passionate about it and thinks that in reality more people on here care than they really do.
I’ll bet cat/sex discussions get more back and forth comments in the OT than stock trades do. Where can I hedge on that?
*rob*, the laundry room in my building, which I showed you is just outside my downstairs door, is meat locker cold. Wanna come over and do your laundry? We can watch Hoarders since it sounds like you’ve become one. Although, perhaps my invite is really just a ploy to get you to come over so we can stage an intervention???
Do you actually wait in the laundry room while your stuff is washing / drying? I’ve always been more trusting of my neighbors, and valued my time too much, to do that.
“Let us know how that trade works out. You do enough of those type trades and maybe you’ll break even someday.”
I haven’t been wrong on this site yet. And as far as I can tell, DIBS hasn’t been right yet. The best was when he insulted my overall bearish opinion just before the Dow dropped 1000 pts.
OK, Kensingtonian. You have a point. No more investing comments.
ugh. why dont laundry rooms in nyc apartment buildings have air conditioning? and if yours does, i dont wanna hear about it hahaha. grrrr. im dreading doing laundry after work today. tho with my luck there’s gonna be 45,000 frilly panties floating around in 100 degree heat.

There’re several satyrs, does that count?
What do you need to know about goat herding??? You stand around with your staff, herd the goats and then sell them.
Then you come to NYC and drive a taxi.

“Only about 3 people that POST on the OT that understand trading.”
