Passionate about Brooklyn real estate as well.
Got started blogging about trading because local and national economics affect our RE market. And the stock market provides a lot of insight into economics as it reflects what people are actually doing, as opposed to talking about what they think is going on – talk is cheap.
But your point is well taken.
no thanks cgar, i dont do interventions of any sort! etson, no i don’t wait in the laundry room while my clothes are washing and drying, that would be absurd. i highly doubt anyone in my building would steal my clothes, i highly doubt a hobo would steal my clothes if given the chance. i guess it’s just the hustle of of the process of sorting out what i want to wash and what i dont want to wash and stuff that stresses me out. i dont mind it that much in the winter on a weekend, but right after work in the summer is hell on earth. actually i just realized my roommate has the day off so i dont really have to rush and walk and feed the dogs before doing laundry.
i would totally do fluff and fold service like i used to do in harlem if they didnt shrink everything and make your clothes smell like laundry detergent all the time.

Great news, everyone!
I just found some cans of Pringles Dill Pickle flavoured potato chips at Rite Aid!!! Bought three tins.
*butterfly*, don’t forget to wash your laundry bag this time, else you’ll be putting clean laundry in a dirty bag again. GUH-ross!
” which was to get in and out of LSCG, a 70% return in a few days, annualize that” — is LSCG name of the broker on the other thread?

“Although, perhaps my invite is really just a ploy to get you to come over so we can stage an intervention???”
Or get him laid?

Found a cool writeup from the Brooklyn Eagle on 374 Pacific that I posted in the auction thread along with a slideshow the neighbors put together.

“I’ll bet cat/sex discussions get more back and forth comments in the OT than stock trades do. Where can I hedge on that?”
