  1. “Although I don’t agree with the more radical, non-taxation issues of the tea baggers, they are generally on the right track.

This does not come as news to anyone here. Nor should it that I enjoy the verbal form of the phrase.”

All of which explains why I recognized you right away when I attended my first PlusA gathering!

  2. There once was a fellow named CGar
Who loved a mean tall female butt-lar
She told him to zip it
The bud — she did nip it
And he cried all the way to the ba-zaar*

(* bazaar = Brooklyn Flea! Saturdays in the schoolyard! Sundays in the bank!)

  4. BH, alot of those guys dont actually own any ppty in CT, VT, PA,…. they borrowed someone’s address to receive mail (ie half ass move) to apply for license and insurance in that state. vs Kens here was actually going to secure a place in PA – still a little risky but not half ass

  5. M4L, the savings were huge…..$2,400 a year here and $1,000 a year there.

BH, congrats again, now you’ll hopefully be living in the BK Primo Hood. Will you change your handle? Also, you might be in a building with fellow Bstoners. I think Minard is on a board of one of these fancy BK Heights Co-ops.

  6. m4l –

You mean you have never noticed how many CT and VT plates are parked on a typical Brooklyn block? I have several nabes who get their plates (and insurance rates) from their 2nd home.
