donatella, Verizon’s network in the area has more capacity than AT&T. The Droids have tons of heavy bandwidth user too like iPhone so I think Verizon network can handle it although I do expect usage to spike if it does get some iphone action. at this point, I dont think Verizon will get the iphone and remotely recall Apple gave an endorsement of continuing the exclusivity deal with AT&T
M4L, I hope they give it to Verizon too(though some say that the phone is guaranteed to suck up a lot of capacity on Verizon’s network the same way it affected ATT). I want an I phone but don’t want to move off Verizon and don’t want a Droid. I thought we would know by now – that June was the expiration of the ATT exclusive……..
