Why won’t Western Union let me wire money to peru online??? Why do i have to go to a goddam location?????
Western Union is banking for the unbanked. The centers distribute money but they also do a lot of due diligence
for OFAC regulations, in lieu of banks. I worked as a
consultant for them a few years ago on some new banking products – what a truly creepy, wierd organization. They charge SO MUCH MONEY to wire funds and it is soaking the poorest people.
is it Haagen Daas?
the official site has it as
Haagen Dazs.
don’t tell me I spelled it wrong twice!
that sucks!
*rob*
just for the sake of clarity,
I wasn’t locked in the freezer myself,
I arrived with the manager an hour later,
after opening,to find them there.
It was still morning so nobody noticed
anything, people thought the store was
just closed.
i can’t wait to see if my dog walker wrote anything in the dog log about snappy and arkady… “two ladies in orange jumpsuits and a giant bucket tried to get into your apartment to fill it up with water, told them to wait outside as i filled it for them…”
I thought so, too, but these questions keep coming to mind. So the point of the second amendment is so that the people can threaten their own elected representatives with violence and overthrow them by force if they don’t vote the way the people want? But we don’t have to continue this.
slopefarm,
I know you’ll get back to this thread later,
so I’m leaving this quote here for you in response:
“Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government…â€
Thomas Jefferson
Let’s hope we can do better and don’t have to continue to relive the past.
I’m afraid, however, that we would have to make a better Man in order for that to happen.
5% on $100, donatella.
