Yes rob…that’s certainly true…you take a lot of shit here because you do post so openly and you seem never to be offended by it.

I post a lot of shit too and get it back. It doesn’t bother me either.

11217, while I completely agree with you about this (gasp). I’m staying out of it. The last time I called someone out for a belittling comment they made toward another poster, I got slapped so hard it hurt for days.

So I’m staying out of this one.

11217, don’t take what dave said to me heart or be offended by it. i wasn’t. im still not even sure which quote youre talking about. you might be overreacting. im one of those brutally honest posters who wears his heart on his sleeve who doesnt really get offended much by people, so i dont think you should get offended about something someone on a blog said to me.

Montrose…I follow your posts probably more closely than almost anyone’s here, and yes…it’s come to my attention that we do have a lot in common, I think. Especially with regard to your opera/classical music interests.

Dave, that personal attack on Rob was absolutely disgusting. I read it and felt sick to my stomach for a second. I know I shouldn’t take it so personally, but after so many people seemed to be attacking me this past week (and seemingly siding with Sam) it really left a bad taste in my mouth (don’t say it…).

I know it’s not about sides (well besides for the team bear/bull stuff) but his comment totally crossed the line.

Maybe I just need a couple days to cool off, and come back with a more open mind when the time is right.
