TextperV, perfect timing. been itching to ask your to comment about the various sections of bay ridge – the prime areas in the 90’s, the area close to C21 off the expressway, and the owl head section. impression I’m getting is the prime areas in the 90’s is quite expensive (on a psf perspective) vs rest of the hood. the area near C21 often has good psf prices but parking is a pain. the owl head area seems to be in btwn those 2 on price, parking, 1-family,… am asking cause your hood is becoming a more legit alternative
