  1. oh wow, glasses really are a lot more expensive than i thought. the last time i bought a pair was in college actually (my ex used to have the same script as me and i would just wholeahay his hand me down glasses) and i think they were in the low 100’s. obviously i didnt buy any fancy frames or anything tho and it was in mall chain store. im always fretting that contact lenses are so expensive, but i guess glasses are just as on par. the the thing i dont like about glasses is that you cant see from the corner of your eyes. how the hell do you turn corners and how are you able to beware of who might be creeping up on you? they seem a tad bit dangerous.. with contacts you can turn corners easily and watch your back.

  3. I think I paid about $475-500 for the last pair — but they aren’t progressives, they’re just single prescription—distance—my walking around glasses that you usually see me wearing.

    But one of my best friends paid $800 for his last pair.
