  1. hey dibs, just stopped in a wifi zone to check. Sweet! Great new product, that’s what seems to be driving it. Better than GE, cheaper than GE, made in the USA. Think I’ll be buying some.

  2. Doesn’t Entemann’s have some things in single serve size? I guess not all their products though. I’ve seen a few in bodegas. Too bad they don’t do that with their Raspberry Danish Twist. I buy the dang thing, eat one or two slices and then the rest winds up in the garbage a week or two later.

  3. I remember when that NASCAR driver died and was big news some years back. I can’t even think of his name now. Dale?
I had never heard of him and wasn’t even sure what NASCAR was – but figured had to do with cars.

  4. Radical Islamist or Muslim???? You be the judge…..

Pakistan Blocks YouTube, 450 Web Links in Crackdown
May 20 (Bloomberg) — Pakistan, home to the world’s second- largest Muslim population, blocked Google Inc.’s YouTube service and more than 450 web links as the government widened a crackdown on Internet material deemed as blasphemous.
The sites were blocked because of the increasing level of sacrilegious and derogatory material, the Islamabad-based Pakistan Telecommunication Authority said in a statement today.
The regulator, which shut access to Facebook Inc.’s website yesterday, may block other sites with blasphemous content, said Khurram Mehran, a spokesman at the regulator.

  5. eny, be happy you’re not in california:
In 1999 then California Governor Gray Davis signed into law a bill that represented the largest issuance of non-voter-approved debt in the state’s history. The bill SB 400 granted billions of dollars in retroactive pension boosts to state employees, allowing retirements as young as age 50 with lifetime pensions of up to 90% of final year salaries. They also claimed that enhanced pensions would not cost taxpayers “a dime” because investment bets would cover the expense.

  6. What’s good about L.D. is they come in individual wraps. If you get, for instance, an Entemann’s choc cake w/ marshmallow icing, you tend to o.d. on it because it’s one giant unit. L.D. are easier to ration.
