  1. why is the bone in dry aged porterhouse always the ‘steak to order’ at these fancy steakhouses?

    I typically perfer a nice rib eye or ny strip (are those the same thing?) over a porterhouse.

    …is it acceptable to ask for a doggie bag at Applebee’s?

    alternatively, if you order a bottle of wine at a fine restaurant and don’t finish it, do you take the rest to go?
    kind of makes you look like a wino walking out with a
    bottle sticking out of your pocket.
