Pete, whatcha tryin’ ta say? LOL Fear not though, I’d really only ever by a fully detached home, and certainly never in a so-called prime hood. GH is my only dream place to live.
I really fucked up my leg yesterday. Ran more than 10 miles over lunchtime (financial district, down around battery park, up to 42nd st, and then back again). Started hurting pretty bad when I was in the last couple of miles but I was totally set on doing 10 miles so I didn’t stop. Fucking idiot. I can barely walk up and down stairs today. I hope I didn’t do any long-term damage.

Did you all see there is a union protest going on on Flatbush outside A.C. railing against the new Applebee’s opening there? I meant to stop and ask them what their beef was, but I was too busy chasing a dog.
