Yes, I have rafters just like this! But contractor says I need to insulate if I want to be there in the winter. Honestly, this weekend house was so cheap and this renovation is getting so expensive (on paper), I’m starting to wonder what would happen if I just left it uninsulated and cranked the heat on the weekends.
